Our finest grind, these 3 mm plates are perfect for hamburger, bologna, hot dogs and jerky. Each plate is 2-3/4 in Dia and has 3 mm (1/8 in) plate holes. Our grinder plates are made to LEM's stringent standards for hardness and quality. We carry both carbon steel and stainless steel plates. Both types of plates are hub-less so they can be used on both sides. Remember when changing your knife to change the plate at the same time for optimum performance.
