Use our liquid smoke to add a real hickory flavor without actually smoking. Add it to your wild game, beef, chicken, pork or fish for a true smoke flavor. Start with one teaspoon for 5 lb of ground meat. Too much will produce a very strong smoke flavor. With our liquid smoke, a little goes a long way. Adjust the amount used to suit your taste.
