This is a well built bench and easy to setup no assembly required. The bench table has 2 positions. The seat height is fixed but can be adjusted forward and back along with right to left. Personally don't see the use for the left and right. The seat has locking knobs on the bottom, I would prefer an adjustable sliding track like a car seat. The seat is pretty well padded so it has not been uncomfortable the times I have used it, none of them long term.

Cons:
Folds easy enough but does not lock in the folded position, I bought a package strap off Amazon to keep it on the folded position.
Hard to carry there isn't a good place to grab it, plus it's on the heavy side. Short distance isn't bad but wouldn't want to carry it very far without a 2 wheeler
The gun rest has to be removed for it to fold up all the way.
The wing nut that is used to lock the gun rest is hard to get to, at least it is with my big paws

What I would change:
Carrying handles
Locks for the folded position
Quick release for the gun rest
A bar style locking nut for the gun rest (I 3d printed one)

Even with the several issues it has I still think it is a good shooting bench and would recommend it to others.
